Detectors and Photodiodes

PD-LD, Inc offers a variety of standard and custom PIN Photodiodes and Avalanche Photodiodes (APDs) in fiber-coupled packages. InGaAs, silicon, and germanium devices are available.

Optimum optical spectrum ranges for each type of device are as follows:

Silicon: 400-1100nm

InGaAs: 1100-1650nm

Germanium: 800-1200nm

All of these devices are available in either fiber-pigtailed co-axial packages or in connector-style receptacle packages.
